TIP: Make your own letters to put in with the first catalogues you deliver. Introduce yourself, the catalogue and its products
and let the customer know that you will collect the catalogues in a few days. My letter says we reuse the catalogues to save on
paper.In the Netherlands that is a big issue so I think it will help collecting them again.
