Building a Team is making other people as enthousiastic as you are and helping and training them to reach their goals. You don't
have to be pushy or constantly begging, you only have to tell people what you do, what you earn and what you have to do
to get it. If you are honest, explane everything and answer every question, you will notice that some people get interested themselves
and want to know more. After that you just have to give them all the information and together with your sponsor you motivate
your group. It will take some more time but it will also get you what you want. It will motivate you and other teammembers and
your earnings will become better. And by explaining that to others they will soon build a Team theirselves. That is the Formula.
